Welcome!

My name is Hannah File and I am from a small town in Shelbyville, Indiana. I received my undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Business at James Madison University while playing softball; achieving two NCAA Regionals and one NCAA Super Regional appearances. Currently, I am a super duper senior on the field at the University of Louisville as well as a Masters student in the College of Business.

Today, I am using my athletic platform to help normalize mental health to people of all ages. With absolutely no shame, I am open to admit that I still struggle with anxiety and mental health. I am eager to share my story with others, hoping to guide and provide support to those who struggle just like me. A friendly reminder that it is okay not to be okay and your mental health doesn’t define you!
